About Josh:
Josh has over a decade of experience working with cheese in both the USA and the United Kingdom. He began his cheese journey at Paxton and Whitfield in London where he had the unique honour of delivering the cheese to the Royal Wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Since moving to North Carolina in 2013 he has worked in the cheese departments of Southern Season, Orrman's Cheese Shop and the Durham Co-op Market where he is the current Specialty Coordinator. He lives in Raleigh and eats cheese every day.
