Volunteers present information about hospice care and all of its benefits.

We all know a little about hospice and probably many of us have benefited from its wonderful care and service. As it can play such an important role at a critical point in a person’s life or a loved one’s, it can be both surprising as well as reassuring to know about the many services offered. We invite you to join a panel of hospice professionals who will address specific services provided and answer questions: What is hospice care? Does accepting it mean giving up? Who should receive it? What are the levels of care? Where is care provided? Which caregivers are part of the team? How long does it last? Who pays for it? Why should it matter to me?
